We advise not to have sex for 3 days before the surgery. Aptos threads may be placed at the vagina even if you are on your period. FemiLift vaginal laser is done at the non-bleeding days of your cycle. You need to stop any blood thinning medication 10 days prior to Aptos vaginal threads surgery.

Any women who has complain of urinary incontinence may have the procedure. They don’t have any age limitation. Pregnant women and women who has active vaginal or urinary infection may have the procedures after the treatment and pregnancy.

You may have O-shot, G-spot injection, labiaplasty, perineoplasty, genital bleaching or labia puffing procedures at the same session with urinary incontinence treatments.

There is not any down time after the Aptos vaginal threads placement. You may continue to sexual activity 5 days after FemiLift laser and 2 weeks after Aptos threads placement.

FemiLift laser is done with local anesthesia cream application. Aptos threads placement is done under local anesthesia.

It is not covered by insurance. However we can provide a document listing the procedures you get at our clinic to submit to your insurance company for a payback. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you’ll get a payback.

Effects of FemiLift laser can be seen in 3 weeks and it will last 1 year. You need to have one session annually. Effect of Aptos threads will start immediately and last 3 years.

Urinary incontinence treatment with Aptos threads and FemiLift laser is painless. You will not feel any pain during or after the procedure.
